Chris Haith's Story

Hey! Want to get to know me better?

I grew up in a military family. We moved around a lot from city to city, as military orders kept us moving to different states and countries. 

Eventually, I found myself settling in Sacramento to finish school and pursue my previous passion for athletics/track and field.

I always wanted to build something impactful and be a professional athlete as a kid. 

At the same time, I knew I wanted to take the entrepreneurial career path, and it was suggested to me to look into real estate.

So I decided to get my real estate license, and I passed the exam after finishing my Bachelor's.

As I got started, I didn't know what it meant to work hard and what it takes to be successful in entrepreneurship/real estate.

But I had my mind clear on my goal - to master the art and science of selling and buying homes at the best prices.

Ever since I started, I knew that real estate wasn’t just about individual transactions.

It’s about helping people live their ideal lifestyle, build wealth and build communities - the transactions are a means towards a greater end. Being part of that is what makes my work fulfilling to me.

I enjoy seeing the faces of my clients when their offers get accepted and sharing that moment with them as they can move on to their next chapter in life from the proceeds of the sale of their home. 

Today, I’m grateful to be helping people buy and sell houses in the Greater Sacramento area at the best prices. 

But beyond the numbers and negotiations, I am most proud of the smiles I've witnessed, the hands I've shaken and the community ties I've been able to help strengthen.
